10. The oil storage and oil treatment site must be equipped with sufficient reliable fire fighting equipment, and a clear fire control responsibility system must be formulated. The site shall be flat and clean, and no fire and inflammable and explosive articles shall be allowed within 10 meters.

11. When the transformer accessories are defective and need to be welded, the residual oil shall be released to clean the surface oil and transported to a safe place.
