(4) gas relay (gas relay) : it is installed in the pipeline between the oil tank and oil storage tank of the transformer and the main protective device. Inside, there is a buoy with a mercury switch and a baffle to drive the switch. When transformer fault occurs, the gas generated is concentrated in the upper part of the gas relay, the oil level drops, the buoy sinks, the mercury switch is switched on and the signal is sent out; When there is a serious fault in the transformer, the oil flow breaks through the baffle plate. When the baffle plate deflates, it drives a set of mechanisms to switch on another mercury switch, sending out signals and tripping.
(5) tap switch: in the power system, in order to make the transformer output voltage control in the range of allowable changes, the number of turns of the transformer's original side winding is required to be adjusted in a certain range, so the original winding is generally equipped with tap, known as tap. The number of turns of the original winding can be changed by connecting the switch with different connectors to adjust the voltage.
Tap switch is divided into load tap switch and no load tap tap switch.
(6) insulation sleeve: it is installed on the oil tank cover of transformer to lead the end of coil lead from the oil tank and insulate the lead from the oil tank. Porcelain insulated bushing is used when the voltage is less than 1KV, gas-filled or oil-filled bushing is used when the voltage is 10-35kv, and capacitive bushing is used when the voltage is higher than 110KV.
(7) transformer oil: requirements: high medium strength and low viscosity, high ignition point and low freezing point, no acid, alkali, dust and moisture and other impurities. Function: strengthen insulation and heat dissipation.
(8) temperature measuring device: monitoring oil surface temperature of transformer. Mercury thermometers for small baoding oil-immersed transformers and pressure thermometers for larger transformers.
