6. Oil pillow

An oil pillow is also called an oil tank. Transformer oil will expand and contract due to the change of temperature, and the oil level will rise or fall with the change of temperature. The role of the oil pillow is to give the oil thermal expansion and cold shrinkage buffer space, keep the tank is always full of oil; At the same time, because of the oil pillow, reduce the oil and air contact area, can slow down the oxidation of oil.

7. Gas relay

Gas relay, also known as gas relay, is the main protection device for transformer internal fault. It is installed in the middle of the connecting oil pipe between the oil tank and the oil pillow. When the transformer internal serious fault occurs, the gas relay is connected to the circuit breaker tripping in the same way; When the transformer internal failure is not serious, the gas relay is connected to the fault signal circuit.

8. Insulation casing

High and low insulation bushing is located on the top cover of transformer tank. Porcelain insulation bushing is generally used in baoding oil-immersed transformer. The function of insulated bushing is to keep high and low voltage winding leads well insulated from the oil tank and to fix the leads.

9. Explosion-proof pipe

Explosion-proof pipe, also known as safety airway, is installed on the oil tank of transformer, and its outlet is sealed with glass explosion-proof film. When transformer internal serious fault and gas relay failure, the gas inside the tank will break through the glass explosion proof film from the safety airway, prevent transformer explosion.
