The filter screen is cleaned every 10-15 hours. Within 3-5 minutes of oil filtration at the beginning, the oil outlet hole is sent back to the oil tank through valve 10 for re-filtration. The oil stored in the filter is sent back to the oil system through valve 9 for re-filtration. The above filter oil to many times for the essence and drying until qualified.
3. Live oil filtration of transformer: when the voltage is higher than 10V, live oil filtration shall not be used. Because in the filtration, more bubbles are produced, and the bubbles will be free under the action of higher voltage, which will deteriorate the insulation performance of oil and lead to internal discharge. The gas released from the oil in the gas relay is regularly discharged when the oil is filtered on line. When live oil filtration, the oil pipe and oil filter should be reliably grounded to protect the personal safety of the staff. The staff should be professional, supervised and wear insulation. Operation: connect pressure oil filter buckle at the diagonal-valve interface of 4 and 5, pump out oil from valve 4, return to the oil tank from valve 5, and filter through several cycles until it meets the standard.
