Overtemperature alarm and tripping: through the pre-embedded PTC in the low-voltage windings, the PTC thermo-sensitive temperature sensor is collected and the temperature signal of the core is collected. When the transformer winding temperature continues to rise, if reaches 155 ℃, the system output overtemperature alarm signal; If the temperature continues to rise up to 170 ℃, the transformer can not continue to run, to the secondary transport overtemperature protection circuit tripping signals, should make transformer tripping rapidly.

 

3, temperature display system: through embedded in the low voltage winding Pt100 thermistor measured temperature value, directly display each phase winding three-phase circuit diagram and the maximum temperature, and the highest temperature can be recorded history, and the highest temperature can be in 4 ~ 20 ma analog output, if need to transmitting distance of up to 1200 m, computer, can be added with computer interface, one transmitter, maximum 31 sets of transformer monitoring at the same time. 2. Protection mode of dry type transformer
