Baoding dry transformers are widely used in local lighting, high-rise buildings, airports, terminals, CNC machinery equipment and other places. Simply speaking, baoding dry transformer refers to the transformer whose iron core and winding are not impregnated in insulating oil.
1. Put in the backup transformer, disconnect the transformer low-voltage side circuit breaker under repair, remove the operation insurance of the control power supply, and hang the "no closing" sign at the switch handle.
2. Disconnect the circuit breaker at the high-voltage side of the transformer, close the earthing switch, lock the high voltage cabinet after fully discharging the transformer, and hang the "no closing" sign at the switch handle.
3. When maintaining the baoding dry type transformer, clean the porcelain bushing and shell first, and then check the shell, gasket and porcelain bushing for rupture, discharge traces or rubber pads for aging, cables and buses for deformation, and replace the broken ones.
4. Check whether the bus contact surface is kept clean. The contact surface should be removed and coated with electric compound grease.
5. Check whether the grounding of the transformer is good, whether the ground wire is corroded or not, and replace the one with serious corrosion.
6. Tighten the lead wire terminal, pin, ground screw and connecting bus screw. Remove the screw if it is loose, or gently file the contact surface with a smooth file, or replace the spring washer and screw until it is in good contact.
7. Clean the dust around the transformer and parts, and check whether the fire control facilities and ventilation system are good.
8. Disconnect the earthing switch on the high-pressure side, lock the high-voltage open joint bar, and measure the insulation resistance with the 2500V table. Compared with the measured value before the transformer leaves the factory, the insulation resistance should not be less than 70% of the original data when it leaves the factory. If it is not qualified, it should be reported and treated in time.
9. Close the grounding switch on the high voltage side again to discharge the transformer.
10. Check the transformer chamber and transformer for any remaining tools, and evacuate the site.
11. Connect the low-voltage side circuit breaker to control power supply operation insurance, and re-attach the "no closing" sign to prevent the reverse transmission of power to the transformer.
12. Disconnect the high-voltage side grounding switch, check the control line of the transformer site and low-voltage side again, and close the high-voltage side circuit breaker of the baoding dry type transformer, and allow the transformer to remove the high-voltage side sign after trial operation.
13. Record the maintenance trial operation in detail.
