Protection of transformer work:
Use the cross transfer of working positioning rope and safety protection rope to ensure the protection of the transfer process on the oil immersed transformer. Install the horizontal protection rope on the transformer body platform (the way of installing the safety horizontal rope is different according to the structure of the transformer). The operator safety protection rope is attached to the safety horizontal protection rope to ensure that the protection will not be lost when moving on the transformer body.
Installation method of safety horizontal rope:
A special device for the transformer body of baoding oil-immersed transformer factory which is equipped with prefabricated safety level rope (such as the safety level rope installed on the transformer of ABB transformer factory). The technical requirements of this order are put forward when the transformer is ordered in the future.
Use transformer oil pillow to install safety level rope. Two fastening screws are selected at the appropriate positions at both ends of the transformer oil pillow. Under the condition of ensuring good sealing of the oil pillow, the screws with the hanging ring shall be changed, and the safety horizontal rope shall be tied at both ends of the oil pillow through the hanging ring. The length of the safety horizontal rope is determined according to the length of the oil pillow. If the adjusting device similar to the working positioning rope is used on the safety horizontal rope, the safety horizontal rope can easily meet the needs of the oil pillow length. The breaking load of each component of the safety horizontal rope shall be greater than 12kN, and the minimum diameter of the mounting ring and screw assembly shall be not less than 10mm.
When the main transformer bushing of 110kV or above is operated, the operator's safety protection rope is tied on the safety horizontal protection rope, and the working positioning rope is tied on the main transformer bushing (note: before the rope is tied, the main transformer bushing shall be checked without crack, mechanical damage or oil leakage). When working at the far end of the transformer, because of the long working distance, the buffer safety protection rope cannot meet the requirement of working distance, the anti-fall brake should be adopted at this time.
