The over-temperature alarm and trip of the system can also be operated by Pt100 thermistor signal action winding machine to further improve the reliability of the temperature control protection system.
2. Overtemperature alarm and trip: collect winding or core temperature signals through PTC non-linear thermistor embedded in low-voltage winding. If, when the dry type transformer winding temperature continues to rise up to 155 ℃, the system output overtemperature alarm signal; If the temperature continues to rise up to 170 ℃, the transformer can not continue to run, to the secondary transport overtemperature protection circuit tripping signals, should make transformer tripping rapidly.
3. Fan automatic control: temperature signal is measured by the Pt100 thermistor embedded in the hottest place of the low-voltage winding. Transformer load increase plate bending rolls, operating temperature rise, when the winding temperature of 110 ℃, the system automatically start the fan cooling; When the winding temperature as low as 90 ℃, the system automatically stop the fan.
