1. Normal inspection.
1 check the voltage indication of transformer switch cabinet in the range of 5700-6600v;

3. Check whether the color of the moisture absorption agent in the respirator of the transformer is discolored, and whether it is saturated;
4 check whether the grounding of transformer enclosure is good;
5 check whether the oil color of the transformer is normal, whether there is oil leakage or oil leakage;
6 check whether the temperature and temperature rise of the transformer is too high, whether the cooling device is normal, whether the heat pipe temperature is even, and whether the heat pipe is blocked;
7 check whether the transformer is running properly;
Check whether the oil level in the transformer oil pillow and oil filling sleeve is within the specified range (20% ~ 50%), and there is no gas in the gas relay;
9 check whether the casing of the transformer is clean, whether there is any crack or discharge marks, and whether the anti-explosion membrane on the flameproof pipe is intact;
Check whether there is heating and loosening of the connecting wires and joints of the transformer, and whether the ground wire of the casing is good.
Maintenance of power failure.
1. Repair oil level gauge and adjust oil level;
2. Maintenance safety protection device: including oil storage tank, pressure relief valve (safe airway), gas relay, etc.
3. Maintenance oil protection device;
4. Maintenance temperature measuring device: including pressure type thermometer, resistance thermometer (winding thermometer), rod thermometer, etc.
5. Maintenance switch switch device, transmission mechanism, dynamic and static contact, and debugging;
6. Check the grounding system;
Overhaul all valves and plugs, check the sealing state thoroughly and handle leaking oil;
Clean the oil tank and accessories, and make up the paint when necessary;

10. Measurement and testing shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant regulations:
10.1 measuring insulation resistance and absorption ratio of winding;
10.2 the leakage current, tg, and dc resistance of the measuring winding together with the casing (all the joint positions);
10.3 measure the insulation resistance of the core to the ground;
10.4 the insulation resistance is measured with a 2500V meter. Once the secondary and the ground is greater than 300M, the second pair is more than 100M, and the core is more than 5M (the ground is removed).
If you do not meet the above requirements, please do dry processing, generally start the fan to blow for a period of time;
Check whether the porcelain sleeve is damaged, whether the sealing pad is old, and replace if necessary;
12 maintenance of oil storage tank:
Release the oil stored in the storage tank;
14. Open the gas relay to check whether the contact contact of the relay is good, and whether the float is flexible or not.
Remove rust and grease from inside and outside surfaces and repaint;
16. Check that the glass cover of the moisture absorber should be in good condition and be cleaned;
Replace the adsorbent, generally use the color silicon rubber, and set aside 1/5 to 1/6 of the gap under the top cover.
